All large furniture sets are shipped via specialized freight carriers. We offer a standard curbside delivery as well as a White Glove service which includes professional assembly and packaging removal.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Alfresco Dining Company products come with a minimum 2-year structural warranty. Specific premium collections may carry extended warranties up to 10 years on frames.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping fees apply to large furniture items.

How should I maintain my outdoor dining table?

Maintenance depends on the material. We recommend covering your furniture during extreme winter months and using a mild soap and water solution for seasonal cleaning. Specific care guides are included with every purchase.

Are your cushions waterproof?
